Give them marks but keep Knowledge to urself is it??

My sincere apologies to teachers n educational institutions! I hav nothing against as such but just expressin my views, because this is what i guess the teachers these days are doing. So many young ones i meet get awesome marks and are rank holders but trust me a basic, easy question can KNOCK them out. Sometimes i feel "is she really in 8th" or "is he really in 10th"! I know they are smart, talented and intelligent{much more than wat we were i agree} but the problem is they hav so many temptations to look into and cater to. IF studies is not their cup of tea, then parents BETTER encourage them in the field they are interested in. But if they are interested in "education", please see to it that they do not mug-up stuff! What ever it is, a basic score is necessary to join any educational institute or do further studies so please see to it that they understand what they study!
And coming to teachers{with due respect to my teachers, its jus the agony of few kids n parents i spoke to recently to which made me write this} the new ones being employed are just not fit to be teachers. Trust me students are learning their fashion sense and lingo more than the "concept". I dont know on what basis they opt for such a proffession, but if the reason is just money or no- job-in-hand then please think about the life of these young children before joining! If, you arent good at teaching the respective subject or you dont know the subject in the worst case then please teach them to THINK atleast!
With the memory i hav and the bit of paper reading done in the past, just remember these articles-
*Maria montessori, after whom the term montessori comes, was a doctor, who was known for special, attractive teaching aids which she developed, the famous one being "post box". She used to encourage small children to think on their own and and understand the world they see.
*Once there was a teacher in gujurat who insisted the children to buy story books instead of text books. It turned out that these kids were more bright and sharp and had better grasping ability than the others. They even formed a library with own book collection.
Also if you happen to know some kids then do tell them to read these 2 books{the ones i was made to read in school, in the library hour :)}
1.Tottochan, about a little girl joining school and her experiences. Found it online, here's the link http://gieo.wordpress.com/2007/04/05/tottochan-the-little-girl-at-the-window/
2.The naughtiest girl in school series!
If you know anymore then please do suggest! If any of you agree to this and feel it makes sense then please do let me know! If you dont agree too then let me know!

Kuch aisa Kar ke Dikha, Ki Khud Kush Ho Jaye Khuda!

"Kuch aisa karke dikha
Khudh kush ho jaye khudah
Aashayein mile dil ki
Umeedein hase dil ki
Ab mushkil nahi kuch bhi nahi kuch bhi!"

They are lines from a song "aashayein" from Iqbal, a wonderful inspiring movie. But this particular line has made me think of too much about LIFE! Wat am i doing here?? Why was i even born?? Am i of any help to anyone in this world??
Everyones one's born for a certain cause we know, but how do we find out that? There's no certain book to read or a website to browse or a person to ask but we should find out! But wat if we are never able to find this out? May be life itself gives a well explained, justified answer to this question. All we have to do is be patient and wait!

The purpose of life is a life of purpose. -Robert Byrne

Meanwhile lets atleast try and help people around us and bring smiles on the faces of those we know, after all we hav to live and to live you need to be happy and satisfied and to be happy, the world around you must be happy! True aint it??

Your Birth may be comman, but Death should be a History. -Adolf Hitler
